Help please with a neighbour problem

My kids been back for more than 10 minutes after most of hour out ,ok where making car sounds but we get 3 loud bangs on the ceeling with the cow down below i think thats classed as harrasement im seriously thinking about a police harrasement letter in what would u do?

That's a good point SN - Jonno, you could nick some of her clothes, make a bomb whilst wearing them and when she's out leave it in her house and call the police to say she's a terrorist.
