I have used the predictor and have been as honest as i can be and i have also increased our form a bit and taken into account our progression in Europe and i cant get any higher than finishing on 39 points. Given that its just a prediction you can probably take a + or - 6 points. this by the way dont take into account the other bottom clubs in the mix so where in most previous seasons the safety is usually 40 points then i hope that this season will be much lower.
4 points more than me so we are in and about the right ball park...there are just 17 games left to play, 9 at home starting with spurs and 8 away ending the season at Sunderland who will probably be in the same position as us needing the 3 points...
we should be but im not as confident as you yet, Once i see some back to back wins i will be happy again so until then im worried...
It could go either way but im just enjoying the journey while it lasts, and iff one day hopefully not soon we do go down i just hope im still around when we come back up again again
Stop worrying about relegation. We'll be just fine. We need 7-8 players back,and things will be tight for the match against Spurs. Honestly I can see us losing that too. Still I'm more interested in the prospects of an Europaleague win, than dreading a surprise relegation. Relegation is beyond my imagination. We have a strong squad, other teams in the league are envious. Can't say how many points we'll end up with, and I'm a lousy punter too...
46 points . Affter tomorrow , our first major scalp I hope , something thats behind us the 2 half of the season is both Manchester teams and the Spurs in our first 4 games . Some to look forward to is our 1st half away points at home as players come back from injury. After we get to 37 points very early , you'll fade off a bit in you' re pessimism and well all wake up months later and it will be ground hog year buddy .I knowI you know I'm funnin dai , cheers sir .
I worked out approx 27 points, take 3 off that for surprise results xo 24 plus our 21 gives us 45 more thelan happy with that
Now that is my attitude as well. Of course we wont have every season as good as we have been and this looks one of them but that does not mean that we will go down, all it means is we could go down and if we do then we have done enough to challenge for a place to come back up with the squad of players we have. We have a better chance than most of the teams at the bottom anyway but that don't stop me being worried because football is so unpredictable.
Not an easy league to get out of "the Championship" I'd rather not test that theory either , Just one win in their last nine league games has left the Swans three points above the drop zone.
