I've been betting a fiver straight win on every City game this season and believe it or not I'm a couple of quid UP (mainly because of the odds I got in the first man City game). I'll be doing the same tomorrow, though I won't be holding my breath. On thread though, can't stand people who gloat before the event, even if it is justified.

Agreed. But you never know 20-1 in a 2 horse race has surely got to be worth a couple of quid, i think back to Peterboro doing the double over us, what were the odds against that happening !!
It would be one of the biggest upsets in PL history. 20-1 can't be far off the biggest ever odds against in a same league match.
The odds only reflect the amount bet on each team to win. If odds ruled then betting all teams at long odds on would make a profit so something tells me they do not all win. Whiff you deserve another win fair play. jck
Peterborough were @9-1 to win at CCS. A sending off at 0-0 and it's a different ball game. 2 sending's off and City may have a sneaky chance
Well they are all talking in terms of double figures now and even betting on it so they seem pretty confident. However they are still hurting from the defeat at our ground they can`t take that away from us. jck
The good news If they win it just means we beat them at ours and they beat us at theirs, 3 points each if thats the case, they can only lose ground.

Look at some of the quotes on your forum, "double figures", "pretty much pick a number upwards from 4", "I'm going for 7-0. **** it, 8-0" I rest my case. Yes, you have a very good side with some great players and I predict a 3 - 0 win for you on our prediction league, but those are just a very small sample of Man City fans' quotes. Do they not smack of smugness and arrogance? Those scores equate us worse than Blackburn. You may well give us a tanking but show a bit of humility, you will gain more respect. Or perhaps you can't be bothered.
