so why can't full backs cut out crosses OCCURING WELL AFTER THE 7 SECONDS and when we are all back defending. just take a look v villa on the rare occasion they go wide. our lads have no issue coming out and doing their job but just don't
I never said the FB's wouldn't be able to cut out crosses, I said you would have to expect the opposition to get some in if we are playing with attacking FB's since they will get caught out of position (when attacking) at times. However, if you specifically meaning our current FB's then its because they (bar Enrique who is excellent at this) are not good enough. Also, in relation to the formation and 5:5 discussion, if the FB's are attacking then is it a true 5:5 split?
See, I suspected that was what he meant but couldn't find anything about it. Not sure it makes much difference TBH
if its not done by noon he won't be so i'm sure we'll hear. seeing he's not played much either he'll be brilliant or muck... or perhaps not risked who knows whats i nvilla's mind on it just get it to suarez...
Bertrand is good going forward, he's not going to deal with our attack (nobody is) but he'll be a threat against Johnson.
The most the lad will se tomorrow is a subs appearance. There's no way he's going to be a starter. He probably won't even make training today with Villa.
here it is and we won 4-1, 2 for suarez, gerrard fell over and so benteke scored cos apparently we have no defenders beside him but the good news is sturridge got another and sterling grabbed a late on off a suarez pass
