They are refered to as sliders here. They are meant to be small and you can "take on the go" kind of concept. You need a fair few to fill up but they are super greasy and hit the spot after a long night. Been a long time since I had one though #keeptrimandfit .
Yeah... don't know I would go to Waffle House in early hours of morning anymore... it seems like if someone is going to be shot between midnight and 5am there is a 90% chance the shooting will take place at a waffle house. There again... I think Waffle House may be the number one restaurant in SC there is one at every interstate exit... frequently two at an exit... one on either side.
Two main doughnut chains in US. Dunkin and Krispy Kreme. Dunkin are more numerous don't make doughnuts onsite. Usually small shops. Krispy Kreme are harder to find but make better doughnuts... almost all KK make all their own doughnuts on site... famous for "hot n' now" sign that lights up when doughnuts are fresh out of the oven. Usually larger stores with more places to sit. White Castle and Krystal are mini Burger chains that are cheap and greasy. Waffle House is a small restaurant... usually rundown... and their signs always have multiple lights behind their letters burnt out so you get interesting things like "waffle ho", "fle house" on their signs (not deliberate)... can only sit about 20 people... really cheap and rednecky places that stay open all night. Usually only two people working... a waitress who calls you 'honey' and takes meth on her break... and some grumpy unshaven guy with skin disease cooking the orders. Good food. But drunk people tend to go to Waffle house to shoot each other at 2am.

It's a bit of a joke that a sports team has a sponsorship deal with one of the least healthy things you can eat. Ho-hum, we need the money, I suppose.
I was about to say a lot of teams have alcohol sponsors. Only a few years ago there were a lot of cigarette sponsors too. You could add the betting ones on there too considering how its frowned upon within the games but then, BT Sports, Sky, Five Live and Talksport all flog betting constantly too.
I've forgot most of my names... I had about a dozen during the time old 606 kept banning me. All of them were anagrams of Derek Asamoah. (which is where Sea Hoke Drama came from)... the old 606 mods stopped banning me with that one- so that is why that one stuck a long time.
