The donuts on it is a ruse I feel. The donuts are ok, coffee is great but they expanded the menu to keep up with starbucks. When it comes to donuts, bingo Sea Hoke, bingo. When the krispy kreme sign is lit up, FRESH ****ING DONUTS!!!!!

Yeah... talking about the doughnuts... not the various other things they sell now. Not tried the other things.

The KK on my side of town is a sham though... they ship the doughnuts in from another store instead of making them themselves. Their "hot n' now" sign refers to the fact they've reheated them... not fresh out the oven

I've always considered that cheating... still taste good though.

Serious cheating! The one where I went to college in Tennessee was pretty authentic ( country folk cook things 100%) and they were awesome. After a night out, it would hit the spot sometimes as well. Sugar would help the hangover too.

Also, you have King Kenny on your side of town? Lucky man!

Of course, gotta mix it up.

Hoke/Milk...... not sure if you have had. After a night out..... Krystals/White Castle? Do you indulge in this rare treat?

South Carolina doesn't have many Krystals or White castles... never tried either. See them in Georgia though.

don't have many nights out now as I have kids... but in my younger days the 3am destination was either Waffle House or Krispy Kreme depending on what mode.

Keep the party going: Waffle House.
Wind down for the evening: Krispy Kreme.

Studying in college: go to Denny's.

Ahh waffle house. A shady place with sub-standard food that was perfect to refuel. <ok>

White Castle/Krystals are known for their sliders. About 40-70c each.

Suppose if we want to appeal to the whole of the world we need to move on from Danish beer.
