O/T Ipswich v Norwich

    An interesting story on BBC website about the 2014 election compares constituencies.

    Those living in Ipswich earn an annual median average of £523 more than Norwich South (despite lower property prices) and Ipswich is 2% more ethnically diverse than Norwich South.

    I suppose the earnings factor is a result of being an hour closer to London, but I can't quite put my finger on the ethnic diversity.

    Oh yeah. It's inbreeding isn't it.

    I wonder if the norwich board has the most amount of people banned on the whole of not606?
