That's why I asked for a ban ages ago. Personally I have a very addictive nature, and found myself on here way too much and my work (and personal) life was suffering. That may sound strange to some people, but I bet my bottom dollar people can relate to it, even if they won't admit it.

Fortunately nowadays I'm not on half as much due to different work etc. It's far better, and I can easily just come and go as I please

Never been addicted to anything, it certainly doesn't bother me when I can't get on here, I only come on when I have nothing else to do or want to pass time whilst doing something else such as downloading.
