Last night, after a particularly good football training, i went home and ruined it all by having a portion of buffalo wings, mozzarella sticks and a pepperoni and jalapeno pizza with extra mozzarella. ****ing yassss.
I do the same, I eat a cracking low fat dinner after cycling/jogging, get home and eat a tin of "Ferrero rochér" or scoff one of the weans Thornton Chocolate Santa's/Reindeer's and totally neutralise all the good work. "But next week".....
I NEVER eat chocolate or drink fizzy juice or even get cravings for them cos I heat in HIGH quantities and get more than adequate NUTRITION so my body doesn't CRAVE this ****
I have a ****ing gym 2 second away. By that, I mean I have a free gym as part of the apartments I live in, that's always empty of folk. I mention that because I ****ing hate going to the gym, any gym, which is busy. Still rarely use it though. "Tomorrow...tomorrow will be different...but I best eat these last 3 slices just now..." My Nutritional log Breakfast 6am: Weetabix x 2, 400ml semi skimmed milk, uncooked oats poured in Post workout 8.30am: 1 can tuna, cous cous Mid morning 10am: 2 oat bars, handful of almonds Lunch 12pm: 3 chicken sandwiches on wholegrain bread, a pack of bernard matthews turkey breast chunks Mid afternoon 3pm: Apple, handful of almonds Dinner: whatever i put on here in generous quantities Evening: scrambled eggs (1 whole egg 2 whites), banana with yoghurt I eat a bit sh*te at the weekend though
Home made Cumberland sausage casserole, with butterbeans, carrots and onions with some Provoence herbs. Wee whole totties aswell.
