I think Queenslander is referring to the Down under R's meet up for the next sky game. He said in a earlier tread that their turn out would be much higher than the Irish R's
Sorry guys, i did post a link and pic but then decided to take it down to keep the identities of those shown to themselves. I should have ok'd it with them first. Basically, we have 35 confirmed R's due to show In Melbourne for the Burnley game, with partners etc that "should " put us up with the Irish R's. We'll givi it a go and even if we dont break the 42 this time, the next meet at the end of season is already being arranged..... Lets see who can break the magic 50.....
Hey Queens, given the link is on twitter, Indy R's, facebook and who knows where else, unless Chris (away shirt) is bothered, I wasn't. Only regret was getting the sizing wrong - could have gone 1 size larger. Very snug and limits beer intake unfortunately
I've got a work mate whose a burnley fan. I told him he should join us and cop some heavy rangers outnumbering....which begs the question: should we put the word out on the burnley board and have some rival presence at the turf bar? could make for some interesting banter (unless we lose...) you rsss!
Could be a bigger round.... If we go up, I'm with you Queens, planning a September/October jaunt if we make it - will depend on the fixtures though... ideally looking for 3 games in a week with no seriously northern trips. Getting a little optimistic eh?
very good davein. When I bought my British Lions shirt, Large was brilliant - didn't realise I was buying a Lycra top You coming to the Turf? Perhaps I'll take you up on the PT this year . I've just got back on the bike and am enjoying the 40 min each way ride to work, that's more than I've done for a long time
