wtf indeed, i thought they was going places, shame i liked the football they played. is it a def Pochettino set to follow then, or an assumption at the mo?
What's going on with these owners? Cardiff we're doing great, then Lord Tan gets involved, sacks the manager, they're now in the bottom three.. Guy from Hull AFC Eye of the Tigers want to change the name, if he doesn't get his wish, he'll take his ball home.. Southampton were (are still) going great and now this? Thank God we've got a level headed chap in Jay Double-ya running the show..
be nice if we could get him, doubt it will happen though. doesn't he have like a strong bond to the club bit like le tiss used to have?
think it does in his case, have to look it up somehow to be sure, but i thought he was a local lad and playing for his boyhood team.
Too many megalomaniac owners. Made a ton of money controlling everything in their lives and then can't handle when they have to hand over a little power to someone else. In essence they want to be a sort of owner/manager, we all know they'd love to be picking the team and having sole say on transfers. Been changing to it years, only now the owners are richer, cut throat and even more ruthless and football has changed to be alot more brutal.
I didnt want us to sign Southamptons players because I like what they are building. I might change my mind if this happens.
The saints fans are convinced it exists. However, its easier to go up the leagues with your boyhood club than it is to go down.
If we can only get one then I'd chose Shaw. He will become a great player and still has a long career ahead of him. Lallana and Rodriguez would be good options but would cost far too much for what we'd be getting. Didn't Cortese buy the club for £14m? Saints are supposedly worth £150m now, especially with PL safety more or less secured.
