In answer to your question, did you get upset when Mr Allam signed Tom Huddlestone for a record fee? And if not why not? The truth is the BPL is a league for winners. Losers get blown away and with the exception of Mussie and BCC we all wanted to be winners - and to win you need players who are winners.
For those of you that are interested in whether we have signed Jelavic and not this other nonsense. The Guardian is saying that the problem had to do with a work visa issue that has been sorted now. Sorry if this has been already posted, but, cant be bothered to wade thru all the other stuff.
Joking/poking fun aside, if he had signed yesterday he would've met his team mates today, probably done a bit of training and would probably have started on Saturday. The longer it drags on means he'll start on the bench. Will that affect out chances of winning ?
I'm sure I read somewhere that a visa was the issue. I think he's played for Croatia enough for it not to be a big problem.
I thought it might be due to them wanting to hold back until they could announce a double signing socks off moment. Maybe not!
