Just in on Skysports transfer centre:- 19:10 We are hearing that Sunderland are preparing a new bid for long-term target Liam Bridcutt. Gus Poyet has made Bridcutt one of his top targets this month and the Scotland international has already seen a transfer request rejected by Brighton.
I don't care any more tbh mate .......... I don't understand how all the money works in football. If he helps keep us up that's supposed to be worth £50 million isn't it?
I suppose but as pops said a little while ago, everyone is gonna hike there prices up coz our position looks desperate, its not as if we havnt been doing ok of late, nobody should be aloud to pull our pants down
If Colback goes to Everton this lad could be an upgrade, its all makes sense as long as we get him for the right money.
But surely Gards is the first that should be moved on and replaced? We're already one short with cabal, we'll need to sign 2 or three midfielder at this rate.
Poyet really rates him so I'd be happy if we signed him. Would provide competition for Catts in the holding role
Colback, Gardner meh I don't really rate either of them. They both have their advantages and disadvantages. We should just recall N'Daiye he looked a good player to me.
The lads an absolute tank, has loads of potential as well. I don't see him fitting into the team with the way Gus has us set-up now.
Thought N'Daiye looked like he couldn't kick a football personally. Think a move might do for Jack what it has for Hendo. Hope he doesn't leave but could understand if he did in order to kick on. The less said about Gards, the better.
Agree with you lads about Alfie, his touch looked heavy and his passing suspect. I think he'd struggle to play our style. For me he's a big strong box to box who'd suit a more direct counter game and would have excelled under MoN in that role if only he wasn't made to play DM.
