    so he's been briefed by Cortese to say that katharina has been overly demanding. (but without any specifics on the nature of the demands)

    I'm going to be quite honest, I've said what I can. Gone as far as I can, as it were.

    I might take a break for a bit and let this blow over. But I am not personally concerned about Cortese leaving Saints.

    What I'm saying is... Look at the main sources. All are kept nicely fed by the club, lots of little exclusives, free trips on the preseason tour... What does SFC get out of it, well, positive press.

    But the people, or person, at the top of SFC... What does he get?

    Has anyone wondered whether Cortese knows that he is appreciated by fans..? As far as I know he doesn't get songs sung about him..? I never hear Nicola Cortese's Red and Not Much White Army being sung..!?!

    Well, I'm off to bed. Not heard a single thing from SSN only their little banner passing through. Brinkmanship might be a word we get fed up with before the week is out.

    Do keep the razors out of reach, OK..? :)

    Agree with most on here. Would rather lose the Liebherrs than Cortese. If he's trying to push them out I'm sure he's got something up his sleeve.

    I can't deal with this every season, though.
