You get attacked on a bus or outside a pub and it's not a crime <doh>

It all depends on who's getting the doing Dan, some people getting a a kicking should be considered a public service.

I've been losing my touch lately.

I'm hoping this'll get me back in the game.

    I got done for assault when I was 15. Children's panel for me. A caution, or a year's probation, I can't recall.

A mate of mine ran into another school, (St Denis's in Duke St) and started punching people, the six I was supposed to have assaulted were coming back from the shop at lunchtime and ran in to try and jump my mate, me and another guy rassled with them a bit but it was no real fight, handbags in all honesty.

6 random guys said I battered them to be honest they were stretching the point and to put it into context my mate was accused of assault on something stupid like 40 people.

The main assaulter got nabbed by a teacher and he tried to blame one of my best mates - who went to that school - for grassing me and the other guy up, we knew it was him though. He was a bit mental (a lot in all truth) so much so that I still have a scar from when he sliced my hand with a stanley knife in English class. Another time he fired an air pistol at me in school in the playground. That fine upstanding fellow went on to enjoy a career in Strathclyde's finest where he rose to the dizzying rank of seargent.

    True story.

I had a guy try and scam me a few years ago. I had hired a minibus for an event and he claimed I had wrote off his car whilst it was parked outside his house
An M plate civic with 178k on the clock worth £1500 (lying bastard) and then a couple of grand for the repairs and also hundreds for storage

He also wanted £5k for whiplash. The hire firms solicitor came to see me at home and put forward what was being alleged and that it would have to be fought in court if i disagreed etc

I kid you not on reading the paperwork, the thick **** had put he had witnessed it from his front room window. I asked the solicitor how the **** did he get whiplash watching it from the window? Solicitor read a few times to make sure that was the claim and looking like a daft **** told me not to worry I wont hear from them again

I obviously saw the name and address of the rip off **** and turns out they have form for this, twaats

Maybe he got whiplash because he performed a strenuous "double take" at the shear scale of the blundering offender's woefully incompetent driving ability??
