The one I rent out is probably 3 times the size as the one we live in but, the one we live is worth a lot more because of the area

The one we live in is smallish and with little un and me working from home we need a bigger place (and I want to set my drums up again)

Shame I cant pick the bigger house up and drop it in this area, a snails life is simple

Shes still on maternity leave mate, shes going back in two weeks and will be doing Tues and Thursdays so that will be better as well

We buying her co car and getting rid of my other car as well, no point in having two!

 

Im not mate, house I rent out is due to an ex relationship that was in negative equity when we split which is the only reason Ive still got it 4 years later. Ex agreed to sign it over to me after a bit/lot of persuading!

Just under the full year, would have been full year mid March but shes going back beginning of Feb

 

I'd only been with my mrs about nine or ten months when I bought mine so my solicitor drew up some papers for he to sign, she has no claim to the house at all

So you've had to keep her for two months too then? You only get SMP for nine months which is why my mrs is having nine months off and no more

 

Yeah we've just had my wage, SMP is rubbish pay though, you dont get much as you'll already know
Its a shame we have to buy her car off them but seeing as she wont be out on the road now we had to or lose it basically
