2nd loudest set of fans in the country. You can have your own opinions but you can't have your own facts.

I don't think any of us are expecting an easy game either.

Try not to tarnish us all together pal, besides which you're in tier two and South East Corner I think so you won't have anybody above you.

Of course all Man U fans are not all like that, but the growing number of hooligan incidents, particularly from your away following, is a worrying trend which I hope gets nipped in the bud..

I wonder if there would be any chance of man U increasing our allocation, I don't know if Typical Terry could give us any info regarding this..

Haha I'll keep an eye out for you if Sunderland score, you'll be the one under all the bodies. You'll have a good one in there mate!

Makes no sense to from my point of view, other than the extra few quid we could make potentially, I'm not sure how it works with Police resources either. I think you'd have to have entire sections allocated, in that you couldn't split a section half United, half Sunderland and some people would have bought seats all over each available United section by now. I reckon a lot of your lads will be in amongst us, we don't usually take exception to this it's quite usual, apparently Liverpool had a lot in our end and never had any bother.

My brother is a Man Utd season ticket holder, he's sorted it for me.

I'm apparently near the Sunderland fans. If we score a last minute winner, fcuk em, I'm going wild!

I'm fairly sure if you sign up to the United website and get a login, you can purchase tickets for the game in our end right now quite easily. You'll pay a premium if you're not a member I think it might be £5 more per ticket but you shouldn't have any issues with regards to having to be a ST holder.

I was in the Man U end with my Sunderland top on when they beat us 5-0 with Cantonna having a blinder..I took a load of stick, but it was all good natured.

Before I get a ticket in the Utd section, can ANYONE help with a ticket for the away end? I'll pay over the odds if necessary. Never been in wrong end but am desperate to be there.

Terry, is STH229 on the plan unavailable cos it's for away fans, do you think? Or just sold out with home fans?

I've just heard that you lot are Sold Out officially.

If you're gonna sit in our end, get in a section close to the South East Corner, your lot will probably be on their feet most of the game anyhow and see if you can sneak into that section. If you make a fuss in the home end they won't put you in the away end they'll just eject you from the ground most likely.

STH228 or STH 128 or maybe E234 is where I'd bee looking for a ticket possibly, you'd need to be stealthy though the old bill/stewards will probably be in force around there. You've next to no chance of getting in Tier 2 unless you've got some special SAS **** going on, South East corner is your best bet.

I think you lot are in there mate, which is why I posted about the adjacent seats, don't take that as gospel mind it's usually our fans in there for home matches but it's usually not that popular to sell out, it is normally one of the sections with seats still available for general sale.

Fair enough fella, although I have to admit the times I did go (which is a good few years ago), I was shocked at the 'nastiness' raining down on us. I lived in Manchester for four years and never got any nonsense...

    Thanks for that Terry.

I've decided I'm not going in the home end, I just couldn't stand it.

If anyone on here hears of a ticket for away end please point them in my direction.
