Anyone know any decent away pubs around Upton Park? I don't want to walk into the wrong pub and end up getting my head kicked in by frodo!

 

A real friendly place, you'll be welcome in any of the pubs and the people in the streets will all want to have a word with you if you're wearing your colours.

Indeed! I spoke to a West Ham supporter at work today, about away pubs near Upton Park. He said there isn't any, but that if I didn't wear my colours, I 'should' be alright. Guess I'll just have to try my luck!

 

Keep an eye out on twitter, usually will be Newcastle fans asking where to go, if you have an oyster or a train ticket you can always go to a pub a couple of stops from the ground. Though there are people on here who go to a lot more games than me and better qualified to judge.

I'd put Saylor in for MYM if Carroll is likely to play. MYM would get bullied around too easily by him.
