At what point in the day do we assume it's not going to be announced today? I.e. 5pm and we assume it's been delayed for some reason? Or later?

BTW - I'm an American of Croatian decent so I follow all of our players. I followed Nikica from Rangers to Everton so let me give you my unbiased opinion because the Everton fans either have their heads in the sand, don't know football or just have no memories. When Nikica first started with Everton they played a long ball style of play and they did a very good job of getting the ball either around the box or in the box and Nikica put away almost everything around him. His performance started to suffer when they brought in Kevin Mirallas, probably one of the most selfish players I've ever seen. Nikica was now getting 1/3 the number of opportunities that he was getting before because Mirallas wouldn't pass the ball and make crap attempts on goal. Which made Nikica try harder for the chances he did get which turned into frustration when he didn't score. Then they brought in Lukaku which put more pressure on Nikica especially since Lukaku was scoring and frankly a lot of his goals were lucky. I watched all the games so if someone says other wise they're just in denial and no it's not a river in Eygpt. PROS 1 - Is a TEAM player 2 - Great work rate 3 - Awesome one touch 4 - Can score with his head or feet 5 - Great at defending free kicks 6 - Can hold up the ball to bring others into the attack Cons 1 - Not super fast 2 - He's not going to beat 3 defenders and score If he can get some good service he will deliver. I've watched the last few Hull games and it's a very decent squad and I'm confident that Nikica can add that little something extra (i.e. Goals) to get Hull into the top eight and hopefully beyond. Honestly it's in my interest to have him succeed because we need him firing on all cylinders for World Cup because Mario Mandzukic is on a one game ban and our first game is against Brazil. The second half of the season is going to be exciting and hopefully I can add to the discussion here.
I think we're likely to get the whole of the deal, or most of it, done today. However, I wouldn't be surprised if it wasn't until tomorrow that we get confirmation.
