Just back on the board after me op and this thread is a bit of a puzzle. Why the **** are we bitching at each other after a 4-1 away win? We're very far from out of the ****e yet, but that was a huge step in the right direction. We still need to beat Southampton to keep it going though. These one-off wins are not going to do it for us; we need a bit of consistency. Anyway, on the bitchy side of the thread, I like Cest and I like Smug and everyone in between. Good posters all, except when having a dig at fellow SAFC fans, but there's few who come out with any credit from that. Just a thought...
That's my point though Sid, however badly I may have made it in some people's eyes. The idea of the post was to show how hypocritical people can be ........ the pessimistic piss-takers never get this reaction for 'bitching at fellow SAFC fans' when we've lost do they? But when we do something good they all want us to be lovey-dovey Sunderland fans together and join in with the fun ......... **** them, just a thought
Ha ha! It would be mental. Hate being stuck down here. As good as Yorkshire this place. All my mats have kids and wives/husbands and have become boring ****s I never see. Time to move on me thinks, I'm not even a Darlo lad.
Life's too short, mate. I have been reliving our recent matches on SAFCSee on the club website. Does the old spirit good after the crap we've had to endure recently. BTW, do you know why there's an annoying advert for "CBN" on the left-hand side of the page? Getting right on me tits...
Cheers, mate. A lump of bone broke off me heel with some of me achilles tendon attached to it. Had to screw the bone back in and suture the tendon back together. Chuck in the pulled calf muscle and the operation scars all over my heel and you have a recipe for a lot of pain. Will know if it's worked in a couple of weeks time... Still, the footy's keeping me cheerful
I think I'm in for some of that mate, GP reckons i've been walking around on a fractured ankle for a year (that they've missed), been to the vascular surgeons and had one of those dopplar scans, being referred back to the bone doctors, still havnt done an xray yet the ****ers
hello sid i snapped mine three years ago and had it operated on , cast and ortho boot for twelve weeks , still have not got full muscle mass back in the calf , good luck self employed as well
Ouch mate. Hope you have a hassle free recovery, I've had two achilles ops and had my thumb screwed back in place after fragmenting the joint. The thought of them two together is very unpleasant. Get we soon fella.
