FULHAM MAKE MOVE FOR SUNDERLAND STRIKER FLETCHER
    Submitted by tribalfootball.com on Sun, 01/12/2014 - 07:17
Fulham are making a shock move for Sunderland striker Steven Fletcher.

The Scot has been linked with Hull City and West Ham United.

But the Mail on Sunday says Fletcher is close to a move to Fulham.

probably a load of old ****e and journo crap, but did make me think as we are linked with that Argentine striker, cant see us letting fletch go to our rivals but they did let Sess go, i wonder

I can't believe we'd sell him BUT is this one of those 'no smoke without fire' cases? The rumours don't seem to be going away

I really believe we should try and solve the problem of supply before we go selling either Fletch or Jozy. Otherwise we're just asking for it to blow up in our faces.

Sess spends a lot of time on the bench these days and it's no surprise given his proved inconsistency. But this is Fletcher's first inconsistant spell. I think he'd score regular if he moved on.

Apparently so. Can't stand the idea that we'd sell another valuable player to a relagation rival

Surely we wouldn't sell to a relegation rival...

I still believe he is carrying that ankle injury mate, he's never been the same since he came back from it plus he missed pre season training. Hopefully we will see him fully fit just at the right time and he'll regain his hunger.

He'll be going nowhere until after the second leg at Old Trafford. Why leave with the chance of a Wembley final a few weeks away and the team you're at in better form than the suggested purchasers? Makes no sense...

He must need another Op then. If we sign Scocco would you send Fletch under the knife? Or would you sell him? Carrying a long term niggling injury has got to reduce he's value even if he passes a fitness test. His medical would show the injury after all.
