What a bizarre thought. Have you seen the male referees lately? How many of them could really be described as athletic? Absolutely no reason a woman wouldn't be physically capable of that job.

you think he played well, I disagree.

Davis was worse, that's for certain.

lately it was clattenberg and webb.

neither of them are professional darts players.

can't rightly remember any other referees off the cuff, but I do remember some tubby fellows in the lower leagues.

well that's it then... it's the telfer, guly, fox phenomena that even had someone post today in part of a list that fox isn't ****.

i don't meant hat to sound like telfer and guly are as bad as fox. just that they had the same sort of white knight job going on.

I don't rate Fox at all at this level, Guly is alright at keeping hold of the ball when we need to see out a game, but beyond that he hasn't shown much.

Lambert hasn't been that impressive this season. Gaston has had encouraging glimpses, but is still inconsistent.

I'd continue to use him from the bench on the hour mark, as it is.

I shall probably get a kicking for this, but my view of Gaston and the game in general, was based solely on how I saw the game from the Kingsland, plus 3 or 4 mins. on MOTD. It does seem to me that a lot of posters on this forum watching live streams have the benefit of instant replays and clearer coverage than those attending matches.
For example I didn't fully appreciate the Gaston pass to Lallana at the time - but I do now?

    I despair at guly

I really like him. I think he's got all the talent and physical attributes in his locker to be like Michu was last season but he can't put it together.

on Lambert... looking at the goal against burnley, I think he'd still be banging them in in the championship. He's becoming less and less effective for us sadly. I hope it's just that he's carrying another injury but I fear not.

I really hope Osvaldo can go on and get an extended run of games when he's back from suspension. We look worryingly toothless with Lambert up front these days.

Would be more comfortable if we had another forward given osvaldo's disciplinary and allergy record.

Gallagher isn't being fast tracked enough to comfort me.

the box head thing and the photo of him shopping for clothes were classic.

steve seemed like a nice guy too, if a bit introverted.

if we keep all the nice people we'll have a second squad of nice guys who can't and will never hack premier league football.

that's assuming we ever get proper back up for shaw.

Life would be very boring if we all agreed, all the time? Just look at me and the wife, the only thing we have in common is that we got married on the same day?

... Especially those that contradict what your brain has told your eyes it saw, eh? :)

To be fair you actually did post earlier how you 'view' Tamirez. I think you'll 'view' that no matter what he does.
