I really hate it when a manager says that - it proves there are major problems in the dressing room that he can't handle or has no idea how to handle. And he does not know what is happening in the dressing room - that is poor. A leader does not do this - when things are going wrong, he leads. That doesn't necessarily mean he bawls them out, but he needs to kick out any bad apples and deal with them separately.
