Generally if all players movement is good this creates space and provides more options to play easier passes. It also helps those players who run with the ball as defenders have to concentrate on possible passes as well as the players run.
We are slowly but surley getting dragged lower and lower in the table and showing ZERO signs of improvement. We are deep in trouble and need a bit of luck.
I should clarify, I'm not disagreeing. I'm just saying that in this instance, the passing needs to massively improve too
2-0. No surprise. What is Hughton saying to them that makes them think they have to back off all the way from the half way line to the 18 yard box? And why are we playing 4-4-2 against a team that is notoriously good in the midfield? It just seemed like such an obvious decision to pack the midfield! Add to that just how bad all our players are playing and it's been a pretty **** day.
I'm not sure that would improve our possession though! Fulham have pulled one back at least. Come on Cottagers, do us a favour for once.
This is something I think Norwich fans really over look. He isn't the most technically gifted player but he actually tries different things rather than passing it back to the CB's and letting them hoof it forward.
We're not going to have more possession than everton, they're playing so well recently, got a manager who lets players express themselves and gets the best out of them. We might as well have a counter attacking threat and something for the everton defence to think about, this is horrendous.
The entire team needs to improve Rob, especially the defence! How many times do they let players run at them unchallenged? CH has got to get the defence much tighter, and they need to sign another quality CB
Listening to Dion on Final Score, it sounds like we've got no fire or bite. I'm not living in the past, but Norwich under Lambert and Holt were all about effort and determination, getting in the faces of opposition. Everything that was ever good about us seems to be slowly fading.
Unless McNally shows some balls and gets rid of Hughton now we've fecking had it mark my words, enough is enough surely.
Not sure about the entire team, we have to be realistic , but I've been saying for months we need a CB. Good to see that is what we have been linked with. If there is plenty of money, then priorities an ACM. Then after that a right back.
