Nowhere else really to put this, but I was listening to the Elliott Bennett on a McVeigh & Butler episode from before the Fulham game. A couple of interesting bits came out of it, in particular that Redmond stays late after training to work on shooting and crossing. Also that Bennett's injury is progressing slightly faster than expected.

Both extremely good to know. Imagine the luxury of a fully fit squad with available wide men Pilks, Benno, Snodders and Redmond - with the Murphy boys knocking on the door <yikes> <swoon>

Let's hope that it all comes together soon. The point about Redmond is very positive as there is trail of good wingers who are unable to cross and shoot. Lennon is another classic example and it makes all of the jinking runs and swerves utterly pointless if there is no end product.

Let's stay hopeful. We haven't lost to Everton in five games since we came back to the Prem.

Bassong, Johnson and Hoolahan all fit for the Everton game. Pilks and Tettey to resume full training "next monday".

Presumably, the NCFC twitter feed hasn't quoted Hughton on their situation.

You are a harbinger of good news DH! I really like the bit about Redmond staying behind and great news about Pilks and Tettey returning.

That looks about right JK, except that it might be Elmander rather than Wes in a difficult away match. Wes and RvW to come on to throw a fresh attack at tiring defenders towards the end. OTBC!

well yes if you really love stats then you'd need to understand how they calculate each individual rating. from memory, west ham have lost a lot of games by the odd goal and have kept quite a few clean sheets, maybe that has boosted their defensive rating.
on the flip side, cardiff are 20TH

Just realised Everton have only lost once this season at Goodison. However, it was against Sunderland.

And didn't that take a penalty and a sending off?

It did indeed. Forgot that Howard got his marching orders.
