When I try to log in with my email and password I get a message saying they donât have my email on their system and I should register again. When I try to register again I get a message saying they already have my email on the system!
I've emailed them. I tried that but I can't change my password because when I put my email in when I am supposed to have an account it says they don't have my email address.
I had this issue too, so I emailed Sarah Crawford and she took my order herself, I must say she was very efficient, shame the website isn't But this was a while back - surprised their IT haven't fixed the bug
