He wears Erding on the back of his strip, aswell as the French media call him that. So I think it is you that is the clown.
How can you not rate a man if you cant get his name right? I got it right, but if newspapers spell it wrong, and they often do, and you check the wrong name out and you dont get the answers you were looking for, you look further. which this geezer obviously didnt, so how can he comment truthfully? when I put the web page up earlier on this thread, I deliberately picked the one with the spelling correction, for the information of others on this board.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,howsabouthathen?

His parents emigrated from Yozgat, Turkey to France in 1973.[4] He arrived at Sochaux's training centre at the age of 13, where he played for Serglod, a small village club. Erdinç stated that it was not easy being at the training centre, "I really missed my mother, crying a lot in the night, but my family supported me".[citation needed] [edit] Club career[edit] SochauxErdinç was promoted from Sochaux's academy to the first-team squad in the 2005â06 Ligue 1 season, scoring a last-minute goal on his debut to gift his side a 1â0 victory away at AC Ajaccio. Despite early promise, it wasn't until the 2007â08 season that he was finally able to hold down a first team place â becoming the club's top-scorer with 11 goals in 28 appearances. He scored in the 1â0 win against Grenoble on the final day of the 2008â09 season. Sochaux needed at least a point in order to confirm their top flight status in Ligue 1 for next season. He was their leading goal scorer for the 2008â09 season with 12 goals. [edit] Paris Saint-GermainMevlut signed for PSG on 28 June 2009 on a four year contract,[5] for a reported â¬9 million.[6] Having previously scored 11 goals in the league for the past two seasons for relegation-threatened Sochaux, there was a lot of speculation about his future prior to the move to PSG. Aston Villa, Fulham Newcastle United FC and Wigan reportedly showing an interest in May 2009,[7] as well as other French sides Bordeaux and Lyon[8] He scored his first goal for PSG in a pre-season friendly match away to Fiorentina in Italy, on 29 July 2009 in a game which PSG won 3â0.[9][10] He also played against Rangers F.C. in the Emirates Cup on 1 August 2009 but failed to get on the score sheet.[11] He scored his first League goal for PSG in the second week of Ligue 1 in PSG's 3â1 win at home to Le Mans.[12][13] In his first month playing for PSG, he was selected as Ligue 1 Player of the Month in August by 31% of fans who voted on the official website.[14] A foot injury in late October 2009 saw him ruled out of action for approximately four weeks, but nonetheless had still managed to score six league goals in 11 games by December. In March 2010 he scored his first hattrick for PSG in a 4â1 home win against his previous club FC Sochaux.[15][16] He was the PSG top scorer in the 2009â10 season and third-placed in the overall league scoring charts, having scored 15 goals in the league and 19 in all games. Erding was voted PSG's player of the year for the 2009-10 season and subject to an unsuccessful bid from Premier League side Newcastle United in the summmer 2010 transfer window.[17] Newcastle followed up their long term interest again in the summer 2011 transfer window submitting a new bid for Erding. Manager Alan Pardew said: "Erding has always been on our radar. He's a very good player and that is all I will say at the moment".[18] [edit] International careerHe has dual-nationality and was thus eligible for both Turkish and French national teams, before gaining his first senior international cap for Turkey on 26 March 2008, in a 2â2 draw with Belarus. took you all day, but you still had never heard of him, otherwise you would have got it right, and for your information, the shirt, was a misprint, but too late, the press published the picture, so he had to go along with it. if he comes to Sunderland which I doubt, watch the back of his shirt. wont read as an advert for a brewery town in Bavaria.
So the shirt was misprinted and he still has it on his shirt 2 years later, aye sounds likely. More likely its that his name translates different from Turkish to French
