Not just a love of single malt and a hatred of Chase do we have in common. I was transferred to Australia as a work promotion and my first wife - who I subsequently remarried and is now my 4th wife - decided to stay in the UK and bring up our children. I was subsequently divorced due to a lightning romance - a posh term for a good shag - with an Australian lady who at the time accepted that my posting to Australia was short term and we would then have to move to the UK . When that happened - shortly after she fell pregnant - it was agreed that she would follow me to the UK after she had given birth. The ' dear John ' letter nearly beat me back to the UK and that was the last I ever saw or heard from her - although I heard plenty from her Lawyer regarding money. I have never seen, met or been sent a photo of my daughter and subsequent, including recent, attempts to trace her and her mother have shown how easy it is to disappear in Australia if you don't want to be found. All I know is that somewhere in the world walks about a 33 year old Christine 1950canary. So Dave you can put my second ex-wife on the list with yours and Chase.
