I the GYM, dieted and stopped drinking last year and lost 4 and a half stone in 4/5 months, been eating **** loads over christmas and stopped exercising and I'm still the same weight. So get down the GYM ****ers lol
Na you need to burn calories, not your bank balance I'm not at the GYM no more, but I do run 4 miles non stop in the streets 4 nights a week and do weights.
Would love to find the time to go to the gym. Will have to make do with a couple of squash matches a week and some sprint training on the beach.
Well last night went out for pub stodge. Had a mega mixed grill. Had rump steak, lamb chop, pork chop, gammon steak, two sausages, black pudding, mushrooms, onion rings and chips. Today I've eaten a pack of crisps. For dinner I've had pork chop with open mushroom, broccoli and leeks and my carb substitute grated cauliflower.
Cottage Cheese salad with three chicken thighs. I'm doing well in the day, I just go home starving and can't help myself from munching on the remaining festive junk.
Just got home and the smell of slow roasted Jerked Chicken hit me. Chicken rice and pea tonight, my favourite.

Poached in oil. That's some nasty **** right there. Fried egg, chips, beans with some ham or corned beef is good
Protein Shake, some chicken thighs and a couple of apricots. Nice. Looking forward to some booze tonight.
