http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/25628806 Honestly I couldn't give a flying f%$£ what next should everyone come out and say they are heterosexual?
I have friends who are Muslim, but I dont go with them to Friday Prayer I did hear once though about a footballer who came out and declared he was a comedian
We've had mostly lazy benefit scroungers at City for a few seasons. Thank goodness most of the squad now appear prepared to work for their salary!
It's important to him - sad really that they feel they can't be open about it - the stick at away grounds would be enormous - not sure what that says about football fans?
We did have a certain Killkenny who declared himself a midfield leader and a creator ...........he was soon found out though!
Personally I dont really care what gender he is attractive to as long as he is a good footballer which I think he was. I do think it is madness that players cant be open about things like this but I can undestand that not all players and fans would be so accepting and the abuse from fans on matchday could be madness given the abuse overweight and ginger players get so it would be one more thing to taunt a player. Maybe if a large group came out then it wouldnt be such a big news story when it happened. Was everyone else shocked by Tom Daley coming out given that he used to hang around Tonia Couch every day and not be interested.
We've had this discussion quite recently and again I just wish they would shut up and get on with life. I could understand them wanting to come out if there was a clause that activated a bonus when they did but other than that just shut up because I'm fed up with hearing these declarations.
Is he still playing? I do remember him having a good shot on him - scored a few goals from distance - that's a legacy to remember him by
"Gay Campaign group Stonewall welcomed the announcement. Director of campaigns Sam Dick told BBC Sport...." REALLY ! That is his name? Surely they are having a laugh.
