Well the excuse given last time was that the fA tend not to charge when a manager calls a ref incompetent but does when they call their integrity into question.

Thing is, if the players put in a performance like that when Fergie was in charge, he'd have torn a strip off them.
However with his position what it is right now, he dare not lay into some of these players (and they deserve it) in case he loses what little of the dressing room he has left!
