and Hamilton isn't the sort of person to have a "social visit" with the team boss of the team who's destroying him in the Championship.

I wouldn't think any decent competitor is.

Lewis should just commit his whole career to Macca now IMO, Alonso and SV are going nowhere and why leave Macca? The RB6 & 7 and maybe 8 have just been too good, jumping ship in the hope the trend will continue would be stupid in my opinion, ride it out Lewis son and your genius will shine through in the end.

Lewis: I'm going to drive for you when im "older"

Horner: Sorry Lewis, Vettel is Red Bull youth program, why would we show future talent in the program that we will screw them over the second we get greedy even if they're doing a fantastic job.

Lewis: Is it because I'm black?

Horner: No! It wasn't funny the first time you said it either....

It appears that Hamilton had private chats with both Horner and Domenicali, if the Mirror is to believed (which I feel in this case, it is believable):

So Autosport reveals that Hamilton met with Horner, then Hamilton's local rag says they didn't discuss joining Red Bull, now The Mirror reveals that Hamilton met with Horner? I don't know much about pointless little toerags but I know Byron Young's a ****. If Autosport revealed it yesterday how can that idiot reveal it today?

    I think my period's due.

If indeed Hamilton is looking for a new seat is it because he cant take the pressure from his team mate Button or is there a falling out between him and the bosses. Ron Dennis was about this weekend which is interesting.

Lewis made a pledge to stay with McLaren forever as a gesture of greatfullness of helping him get into F1 and winning a title. How strong is this bind now?

So if Alonso was "ousted out" of McLaren because the fans think he's "better" , Lewis running away from McLaren now means Jenson is a better driver than Lewis?

Nah it's just Lewis spitting his dummy out because things aren't going his way. But I'd certainly say Jenson has been better this season.

Lewis Hamilton's spokesman has denied suggestions that the McLaren driver held talks with Red Bull boss Christian Horner over a possible switch to the Austrian team.

It was reported that the pair held a 15-minute conversation at the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve on Saturday, according to the BBC.

But a spokesman for Hamilton's representatives XIX Entertainment said: "Neither Lewis nor his management team have had any discussions with regard to moving team."

The 26-year-old still has one year remaining on his current McLaren contract.

The reported meeting with Horner in Red Bull's paddock at Montreal increased speculation about his McLaren future.

But the suggestion that Hamilton and Horner would choose to meet in the building next to the McLaren paddock had already raised doubts about the reliability of the claims even before Hamilton's camp issued their denial.

Hahaha, you present your case as strongly as ever Miggins! :)

Unfortunately, and as I know to my personal (and not inconsiderable) cost, it is the nature of journalism to poke about and prod in the hope of provoking reaction. After all, that is what they are trying to get.

But I tend to agree with you that after the over-extended tenure for an alien from planet Zlod, Lee McKenzie is now the weakest link; she often looks as if she's just come along for the ride…
