big sam is a couple of weeks away, no question... no forwards? he must be in big toruble... good for him.

Moyes is a disaster for utd but they aint sacking him until citeh put them to the sword and even then i think it'll be the QF of the CL that'll do for him and the end of season run of a game a fortnight at times will be a death of a thousand cuts... may for moyes?

They gave him a six year contract, no way they can sack him until May/summer. Heard one Utd fan just wishing he'd resign, hahaha, as if!

  3. Apparently, the West Ham were chanting "your getting sacked in the morning" during their 5-0 lost to Nottm Forest <laugh>

I would think Big Sam would be sacked first. West Ham are a mid-table club, so sitting in the relegation zone is a big under-achievement to them. On the other hand, Man Utd are a 6th-7th placed team who have been at a false position due to the genius of Fergie. Moyes is a decent manager who has done ok with Man Utd and this has finally given us a true reflection of the strength of Man Utd's team. They are neither overachieving or underachieving, they are where they should be given the quality of players they have. The Glazers can either keep Moyes and gradually build a Top 4 squad or they can risk it all to find a 1 in a million genius manager again.

6 year deal is meaningless surely if its not right.... n oi think they will bleed out gradually and he'll be replaced in may but the decision will be made much earlier.. ie when the CL QF is over.... olympiakos draw was a kind one. he should get through that but if they even draw city i see them going out... o this year showing any of the english sides should do for utd over two legs even arsenal and frankly if you put bayern, barca and real in the mix... the best moyes can hope for is to go out with resiliance and not take a huge beating off someone.

Fat Sam, no question. He's been in there longer, doing a worse job and the fans have turned. Plus, if you sign Carroll and Downing and it doesn't work out, you get sacked. Fact.

    Its just pay off right?

the length is some sort of big signal out to the world about faith in the decision. I think we all balked at moyes to utd when it happened and i think bias aside the man in the street test has been proven right once again. the majority of people would have said no chance before it happened and in hindsight I think us reds have been joyously proven right.

there must be mancs weeping salt tears that when mourinho got the push he wasn't begged and paid double what cheslea were for him....

jesus is back... the single best profile i have ever seen <applause>

Getting rid of Sam doesn't effect us.. getting someone in that is slightly more competent that a lamp post will effect us and other teams aiming to be in the title race and top 4 fight.
So, I say, long live Moyes!

Losing 4 out of 6 at home is pish by anyone's standards, but it's unthinkable to United.

I don't think the dressing room are fully behind him, there's too many of their players going through the motions, rather than busting a gut as they did under Ferguson.

If I'm right, it only ever ends one way, when that's the case. He'll be gone before Spring at this rate.

You are most likely right. I described it as death by a thousand cuts yesterday. I do think Utd either panic about CL qualification OR will accept their fate and leave moyes in place while they seek an actual top ocahc to come in. I would expect to hear leaks and stories about the next guy while moyes is in the job. I think this was seen in quite a few jobs in the past. chelsea and even city yeah?

Not nice but the price of failure.

YOu are certainly right baout players not really trying. ronney is their main man and i also detect panic rather than confidence when they do conceed or something happens. WHat occured post fabio sending off was not utd of old.
