I think he was on £350k a week after tax at Anzhi and he still had a year left on his deal when he left and signed for Chelsea, there's no way he would have accepted £100k a week. My guess is there's a bunch of payments made to him (and others) that come from other businesses. I knew an agent at the time Vialli and Gullit signed for Chelsea around 97/98, they were both paid £100k a week after tax and each received £1m tax free lump sum on signing, none of these figures were ever reported and couldn't be found in their accounts but they were definitely made. I'm not singling out Chelsea here, it is probably quite easy to hide payments to players by using other businesses and/or paying third parties, if they're doing it I'm sure others are too...
Absolutely crazy. I've no idea what he's on at Chelsea, but whatever it is he is being overpaid. Looked utterly **** today against a Championship team.
Another game, and another Chelsea player gets booked for diving. What was Mourinho saying about diving the other week?
Wow, at the West Ham score. Fat Sam has to get the sack, surely. And to think Spurs lost not once, but twice to West Ham this season.
I'm still confused as to how we lost to Man Utd this season... actually, more pissed off than confused.
Bony looks like a pretty good player. Pretty good first season in a new league from him, and he is clearly one to watch.
Mike Dean sending a United player off at Old Trafford, is this real life? United continue to be sh!t, hope RVP enjoys watching this, ****.
How ****tier are Swansea, how the **** couldn't routledge make that simple cross? Some of these EPL players are so lacking of quality.
