Cherries possibly hosting Liverpool might be a hoot as well, not to mention Stevenage v Everton. It won't happen, but I also like the prospect of Bristol Rovers v Man U.

IMO, there are two things that might save him. 1] They cling to the attitude that Carroll will make the defining difference the moment he reappears, and 2] WHU have no money to transfer in quality, and it's too late to make a significant change of manager. I wonder if the owners are thinking along the lines of Malky Mackay though..?

The Phil Brown derby would be interesting... Southend United vs Hull City.

On the plus side, the Tuesday after the Yeovil game we play Arsenal. Could've been so much worse.

Oh God, don't open up the "weakened team" can of worms again!!

Agree that Bournemouth vs Liverpool would be worth a watch (if Bournemouth beat Burton).

To add to point 2, I don't think they have the money to sack him with a pay-off. He is one of the highest paid entertainers, sorry, I meant managers.

That's a good draw for us. Shame none of the other premier league teams were drawn against each other but can't really complain.

Stoke could bump our nemesis, Chelsea, out with a fair (or blustery) wind.

I think they'll go with this so they can wheel 'Arry out for the 'remember '85 Man Utd game' piece.

Keep up, Dan Seabourne is currently at Coventry on loan and was serving a three match ban the last I heard.

I tried to find the details and failed miserably, not surprised if he has gone back, it was an odd suspension, retrospective from an incident at Oldham, it would be great to see him again, Sam didn't play in the last game either did he, a good 4 0 win against Orient? The Watford game was postponed. They are a struggling Championship side but still could be dangerous opponents in the scale of things.

I see Sunderland 1 1 at HT with Carlisle, Chelsea still 0 0 at Derby.

I don't like Neil Warnock. He is Harry Redknapp from Sheffield.

Discussing why Steve McLaren is sitting in the stands, talking to the bench on the phone he says, "maybe it's superstition" and then rattles on about when he kept wearing shorts til QPR lost a game. It has nothing to do with it being a good vantage point to follow the pattern of the game!!
