This is a poor performance. They're missing Lukaku, Pienaar, and Mirallas, and we're fielding a strong side. Regardless of how good they are, we shouldn't be making all these errors and getting "toyed with". Will Jelavic really want to join us after this?
There's a bit of criticism, wouldn't say it was over the top though. Seen worse in previous weeks (see most match day threads) Everton have a very good home record...one defeat only when they were down to 10 men early. We were always going to be over run by a team that are very fluent and attack minded. Criticism is more against individuals that are not doing themselves any favours. Henry and O'Neill seem to be struggling against better opposition...and are usually at the sharp end of the critics here.
Would like Leicester burnley etc, to win or draw and get caught up with extra games and dreams of fa cup glory
I get the point but most of these individuals will be gone at the end of the season and names soon will have been forgotten. Apart from Hill and Barton nobody necessarly seens to care a lot about the R´s but then again most of those might take us to the PL where we belong.
Radio London commentry.....Def penalty not given to us , due to AJ offside Jelavic scores a second...BAE mistake, big mistake looking for offside 3-0 game ove
"I'm not too sure what Assou Ekotto was doing in the middle" "BAE got his back turned to jelavic, trying to appeal for an offside that will never come. I couldn't quite believe what I was seeing there" "no defending whatseoever"
Make no mistake, Harry has sent out a strong team today and we are now 3-0 down to a side we wish to compete with next season. Me? Worried? Sure am!
