Spot on Hilts, had enuff of those so called fans letting Tan walk all over us, the only way this man will understand is to let him know what the real fans want and thats Blue.
the real fans mun........the fans that don't see further than theyre nose..........myself I`d rather see dialog with the club over the colour than protests of wanting the owner out, I may be in the minority but I believe one day tan or a new owner will see sense and give us our colours back.......the badge thing doesn't cut with me either because its changed so many times over the years I wouldn't know what a Cardiff city badge looks like as a regular>>>>>>anyway I`d rather us have the 1927 club badge......and that hasn't got a bluebird on it init.....but it does have a lot of welsh symbols
And we think our owner is a tad impatient , check this guy out Maurizio Zamparini- owner of Palermo Maurizio Zamparini lost patience with his manager once again last week sacking manager Gennaro Gattuso. The ex-Italian international lost his job after the Serie B outfit suffered back to back defeats. Zamparini has now sacked 20 managers in 10 years since taking over Palermo.
Did you enjoy your protest at ANFIELD last month JH ? maybe we should have got rid of Tan as soon as he came to have a look at the club .... Then you could well have been protesting at Rodney Parade or Adams Park ect or singing 'we're sh!t but we love you Sam' ;'O)
Agreed aber and Cat - real fans only exist in the minds of those who think they are. I'd love to see us back in blue and the badge to reflect it as well. Also like you, not sure how long it'll take, but sure it will happen at some point. Patience is the key. In the meantime enjoy the fact that we made it up here, and support the club to stay up. The fact remains we've made it because of Tan, not despite him. He will go eventually, and another chapter will unfold like the many those who have been around for a while have witnessed in the past.
Real fans that do not take this idiot laying down like you have seemed to do , come on now old fella when was the last match you went to home and away? Do any of you on this cyber football thingy ever talk to the supporters home or away , by the sound of it your so out of touch
JH - don't need to justify myself to you nor does anyone else on here pal, but here goes. As for the "old fella" bit, I'm 56 and have been a season ticket holder at the CCS and NP for the past 15 years at least, and was walk up before that. I've seen every home game so far this season, but must admit I missed one evening game last season through personal circumstances. Prior to that, I attended every game with my ST that work would allow. I haven't been to an away game for at least 8 years now, except to Wembley 4 times for the Barnsley semi and Pompey final, the Blackpool PO final and the Liverpool CC final - I suppose that makes me a plastic away supporter. Prior to that, I've travelled up and down the country supporting the club in the days and at ****hole places you know nothing about except what you're told. Some of them were grim believe me and NOTHING like you're experiencing now. In my working life, I've also lived away for periods working in SW3, Stafford and Hull on contract work and watched a lot of other teams play over a considerable period of time. The old SB, through to Vale Park and Boothferry Park, were regulars for me and not just watching City. When I was based in Hull and they didn't have a home game, we all went up the road to Roker and Ayresome for that experience that you'll never recreate now they're gone. If you believe you're superior to others on here who have been there and done it in the past because at the moment you're able to travel to away games, you need to remember the real past that you seem so keen to retain. That past belongs to the supporters who were there at the time far more than a gobby chav posting denegrating remarks against them.
^^^^^ THIS ^^^^^^ Nicely put Oldsparkey The only problem i see is to many long words for jhs intelligence to comprehend.
^^^^^^^ this with knobs on too. When jh grows a bit and lives away from mam, he may come to regret these comments.....but then again, he may never leave the gutter
I posted similar to JH on another thread a week or so back. Everybody starts supporting a club sometime and may or may not stop. He's obviously in the first flush of youth and like most youngsters think they know everything. I've an 18 year old daughter and she obviously thinks I was never her age and that she is experiencing things me and her mum never did. I've had season tickets, I've been away. I've been to pre-season games (the last against Cheltenham - obviously glory seeking with that one) but now have to follow from afar, though I'm listening to the game on the radio at the moment. No outward show of superiority, just listening for my personal pleasure. Could post a photo of my TV just to prove I'm here.
And don't forget the blue shirt that no one would sponsor......the only one in the whole football league. Kit sponsors were piece by piece and player by player.......you could even do a left or right sock,
