Completely forgot he was at West brom, wow he fell off that much? Ya, if you play Footy Manager, Palombo ( in my game) was ALWAYS Man Citeh's first signing of like 50 mil ( dollars). He is good though and could def do a job. I think it is Lazio or Napoli that have some good DM options as well? names are slipping my mind at the moment, I think one is Uruguayan.

How about Lugano for CB? Commanding and is I think 28-29, would fix the now you talk of.

Three decent players for Arsenal would be Cahill,Gago and Llorente. All big strong beasts of players and Shay Given as keeper until that young fella gets older and more experienced.

Is Gago that much of a beast though? I'm sure there're more robust options out there, a few which have been named here.
Can't argue with the other two though. They'd be good at Arsenal.

Mohamadou Diarra has got to be a cheap option from Madrid, no? Him and Essien at Lyon, nothing got through them! Colossal

He would be cheap as he's miles down the pecking order at RM,theres loads of players ahead of him including Lass Diarra.

Don't know how good M.Diarra is, although physicality is important they also need to be good football players. Thats why I think we shouldn't get Samba.

Really? I thought samba would be a great buy, although not as good as G.Cahill. What would you think of resigning viera for a year?

Robin etc, what are you're opinions of J E Thomas, the youngster you have sent out on loan? thought he was a big powerful player?

Too slow on the turn (which means he would get destroyed in our high line) and would inevitably just hoof it every time he got the ball. I think he would be terrible for us.

I got caught up in all the hype at first but now I think he will never be good enough for us. even Cardiff fans say he is a waste of space. Decent ball skills but not much else i'm afraid. I'l still put this clip of him in because it looks cool though <laugh>
