Should we be worried about entering a transfer window with no MD?

I'd be more worried about negotiating player contracts with a spiv agent than transfer fees with a club.

I'm taking it Pete Chapman has experience in this.

Yes. Nick Thompson did not handle the nitty gritty anyway. Steve Bruce said that a board member handles the finer details.

I bet our business has been done already - just needs to be rubber stamped.

 

£600k plus add ons and a sell on clause is not bad for Tom.

 

Good to know Ehab's involved. His direct family link to Mr A. should mean less delays in negotiations.
