Unfortunately I'm coming round to your way of thinking Billy. I had a £10 bet with a good mate on NYE that we would be out of the bottom 3 by the end of January. After taking 4 from 6 in the last 2 away games I, like everyone else on here, figured/hoped we'd turned the corner, with the run of home games coming up and confidence apparently running high, and after the 6-1 drubbing last year that we'd be up for pay-back against a very poor Villa! Then we put out a performance like that. Where the **** did that come from? Do we have squad scared to play at home? In which case we can forget about climbing out of the bottom anytime soon. I have to be honest lads and admit that after all these years, I'm struggling to KTF...
I admire those with the positive feeling mate, unfortunately I'm a realist. If we can't win our home games against the likes of Villa then we're ****ed. I hope I'm wrong but I just can't see us staying up.
