I'm sure that 99% of the people who claim to support Man Utd in countries throughout the world (outside of England) don't do so as their first team.

Yes, but my point is - do Manchester United (or whoever) really sell that much merchandise abroad?

Particularly in Asia, which is always described as lucrative, but in reality consists of many poor developing countries and is awash with counterfeit gear.

I'm not so sure. In some places, like S. Korea for example, United are easily better supported than the local teams purely due to Park.

They must do. Otherwise where does all this revenue (still more than Real Madrid and Barcelona's if you take away TV rights which we aren't allowed to sell independantly).

I actually got the quote of QI and it was also on another quiz show shocking statistic but like it had been said mainly because of people in Thailand surrounding asian countries.

I was so boring when I was Loiner. And the guy in my avatar looked so mean. And everyone kept calling me ****ing Lioner like I was some kind of Millwall affiliate :)emoticon-0112-wonde).

I'm a changed man now Holty and there's nothing you can do about it.

    Makes sense.

    Henman won **** all.

Murray has won 17 titles, including six Masters and Queens twice, the first Brit to do so since 1925.

    Aye, the similarities are frightening.

One Masters title in a career spanning 15 years and didn't reach a single Grand Slam final

Yeah, the comparisons are just dripping off the page. Are you really this stupid or is someone daring you on?

I'm not making a comparison, just countering your "**** all" statement. Are you really that stupid?

I was referring to the poster above called johnnybgoode83 who said "Andy Murray is the new Tin Henman"

If you can't follow the course of a simple thread I suggest you find a forum more suited to your inadequately small brain, say something along the lines of CBeebies?

All henman did was serve and volley, same tactics are the great bore that was pete sampras, murray is a nightmare to play against beacuse he changes it up more than any other player on the circuit. If he plays like he did against roddick on saturday there he's unbeatable.

    Murray is a tit.

He's not a patch on Henman when it comes to dignity and class and how to conduct himself on court.
