    Alan Smith. Pretended to be a Leeds fan for ages, kissed the badge, gave the Leeds salute when he scored and said on record that the only club he'd never move to was Man U. He then chose to go there when he was asked where his preferred destination would be when **** hit the fan in 2004. Despicable scumbag. The other judases here are bad, but after he bigged himself up as a Leeds fan so much and played up to the fact he was a local lad, it hurt to see this more than any of the others, most of whom I'm sure would happily admit (and always have) that they're disloyal mercenaries:

    Bastard bastard bastard bastard. And the majority of our fans want him back at Leeds. :(

    Series of bitterly-fought cup ties in 1965 with open brawling shortly after which they pipped us to the league title by a point was where it all started. There were further violent encounters over the next decade (except when they got relegated), which were then intensified by hooliganism and Munich chants. Series of player transfers going either way over the years, general Manc vs Leeds/Lancashire vs Yorkshire feel to it, the 1991-92 title race and of course the Man U taunts over our murdered fans have all contributed to it.

    Our "dislike" of them goes back further and deeper.

    They begrudged paying the mersey docks and harbour board shipping fees to unload the cotton they bought in america at Liverpool docks.

    So they cheated and built manchester ship canal.

    <laugh>

    And dont forget Donald Liverpool was in Lancs and supplied soldiers that fought you white rose fellas,so why dont you hate us as well.

    <whistle>

    I know everyone goes on about Owen, but he's hardly the worst. He left 'pool for Madrid for higher pay, better lifestyle and more trophies. It all went tits up so he ended up in Geordie land where he was injured a lot. He was then a free agent with the prospect of signing for teams such as hull city, up **** creek without a paddle it seemed, until the most successful English club of the last 2 decades (not a dig, we have been over the last 20 years) offered him one last chance at glory again. He'd probably forgotten his Liverpool heritage of hating mancs by then and thought there was only one real answer. With that decision he's won a premier league medal and has been kept on for another year. I believe to be a real judas you have to go straight from one team to the other e.g Campbell, smith, cole to some extent. At the end of the day you might think otherwise and I can't blame you, that's just my view on it.

    I don't doubt that you hate them a lot, perhaps more than we do, but the Wars of the Roses wasn't actually Yorkshire vs Lancashire - Liverpool wouldn't have sent troops to fight Leeds. And come on, you lot are hardly Lancastrians. Like your banner says:

    Manchester's the biggest and most important city within Lancashire anyway, it's the place it makes sense for any self-respecting Yorkshireman to hate.

    Little Mikey ran his contract down and we got peanuts for him when he was in his prime and should have got a lot more,but he played the "Its not important,i love LFC and i'll sign a contract extention soon blah blah blah".

    so as well as playing for utd we take that into account as well Jezz.

    Ah,But Manchester was a cotton town at the time of the roses war,

    I remember walking to stamford bridge for the semi,i'd been on the ale all day and someone started singing "we're not english we are scouse,singin we're not english we are scouse" ,"you can stick your royal family up your arse" and the rest of us joined in,

    The dirty looks we got from the mayfair snobs were killers.

    Owen left a bitter taste in our mouths when he left.However we got the last laugh after he said he left to win the CL.He would have if he stayed.But the final nail in his coffin regarding Liverpool fans was joining that club.He is not a Liverpool legend since he did that.He still would be if he joined Everton instead.

    i think ashley cole is the biggest one. he was found to be in a hotl while under contract tlaking illegally to another club.

    mcmanaman lied publically about contracts with liveprool leading to a free for him..

    i think these are worse.

    aside form thses, i don't see campbell as one as he was honest about not signing, was this the case.. its a long time ago now.... ronaldo was honest neough, owen was trying it on but rafa got shot.

    Balls, no short term serving foreign player can be called a judas, how the fk are they supposed to feel the same way about it as we do when we have been in this rivalry for so long.

    Torres would never feel the same about playing Arsenal for CHe or MU for Liverpool as he would playing against Madrid for Athletico. A lot of sheite on this thread.

    Owen is no Judas either, ffs how long ago did he leave. He just never had passion for any club he played for.

    Going from Centic to Rangers barca\athletico and other spanish teams to Real Liverpool to Everton or vice versa and other moves like that, judas can be used, but even with UNited stopping Heinze, that was business, we were a threat and Fergie didn't want to strenghten our squad, fair enough, lot of balls on here indeed:)

    Torres for me, he was idolised and we learnt a harsh lesson also all the arm band thing. I wish he had never signed.

    Every cloud though we now have Suarez and I would not swap.

    BBF.
    Owen is a judas.He came out of our academy and joined the one club that we hate most..thats pissing on the Liverpool jersey and that can never be forgiven.Before you mention Ince,He didn't come out of their academy he came out of West Hams,It would be like Paul Scholes leaving them and going to Italy and then joining us,that would make him a Judas.
    Robbie Fowler did the right thing,after he left us,he joined two clubs that club hate....Leeds and City.
