The cafe down by the Alex looks a bit shadey, but yep its good to see the UN have relocated to Kenny.

If you ever want a top caf in Kenny try the Corner Cafe on the corner (obviously) of Balmoral Rd top, top bacon butties....

Tbf its an oasis amongst multicultural alternatives these days but its still there and its still sound. And to balance things, the best Chinese chippies in the 70's were always in Kenny, spent a good few Bob back in the day on taxis going there after the boozer shut.
Tbf that's where me and her stop off on the way home from the Liffey. Beef mushroom and a portion of onion rings for me and special fried rice for her, and if we're really hungry an extra portion of jockey's.
Meant to say the only thing I'd avoid is the beef mushroom Their "beef" dishes are the reason we don't have any dogs (of the canine variety) left on the streets anymore....
