Foolish penalty to give away. A pretty simple ball to play Vydra in. Our players look knackered and have no stamina.

Ben Arfa totally out of game, Remy doesn't seem interested. I think the wheels are starting to come off as we were very poor today.

I'll be unpopular for saying it but I think he's a liability – as great as he CAN be, it's very rare and doesn't justify the wealth of dismal showings...

Certainly not a man for a miserable wet away day at West Brom! :D

Haha.

We never do much around this time of the season. Players look totally goosed.

On the bright side, that's the first time we've been beaten since last year! <ok>

I think Pardew has started to believe this is a much better side than it is and he feels it can start carrying players.

It can't – Ben Arfa is a luxury player who will not roll his sleeves up, even when it comes to chasing down a ball he's just lost cheaply.

On a day like today when our 'blue chip' workers have all gone AWOL (Gouff etc) no one can take too much glory.

Had to bounce back immediately from the unlucky Arsenal defeat and didn't, could be the start of the slide that's been overdue.
Oh and you just KNOW Cardiff will benefit from the appointment of a certain baby-faced assassin! :D

Ben arfa ever since he came out in sept this year and said he still harbours hope of claim the Ballor d’Or.
He has been horrendous . Complete liability.

He lost the ball cheaply in midfield. couple of passes later defence exposed and penalty conceded

Shola was a sack of useless ****e

What a massive steaming pile of stinking ****e. What makes it worse is that I get up at 2am to watch it !

Awful awful game, at least when I wake up in the morning I've got nice hot weather and sunshine to look forward to and not cold and wind and rain ;-)

As soon as i saw the starting line up i knew we would lose. Pards had to rotate today to freshen the team up, he is scared to change a winning team. This is proving to be a problem for him, he lost badly at swansea when players were tired. Last season he was woeful at squad rotation. Oh well, city to look forward to next.

Shola is always a sack of ****. Just get a decent striker in January. Talk of Cisse going to West Ham with Ameobi still being part of the first team is ****ing madness. His contract should have been terminated a decade ago.

Ben Arfa , not for the first time, tried to be a glory hunter. In injury time we are 2 on 1 and all he has to do is lay it back for a goal scoring chance but elects to try a dribble in the box and losses the ball. He's a luxury we can't afford in a team that grafts and battles for points.
Today we were very poor, Why drop Anita for Shola when we were likely to be pressed for a lot of the game? What is the point of Shola as he does nothing these days but give away foul after foul. Debuchy now out of the Man city game when we needed our strongest team out, very reckless today.

Hopefully it will be Shola's last season. I would love a striker and an attacking midfielder of some sort in January and then put that useless bastard out to pasture.

Yep, but in fairness Debuchy won't make any difference to the Man City game – perhaps only in terms of trying to preserve our goal difference...

I fear it'll be one to watch through your fingers!
