Gaston has been hot and cold so far today. A lot of his decisions annoy me. At the same time he does look like he could make something happen though.
The most potent attacks from Chelsea came when Gaston gave the ball away in the midfield. You can't have that when you're pressing high up the pitch, if you needlesly lose possesion the whole team gets caught off balance.
Yeah, he did say it's like having a spinning top in midfield. I'd agree he needs to release the ball earlier.
We seemed to be caught napping at the beginning...we have speeded up when they get the ball. The good thing is that we are often better in the second half...watch out Chelsea.
Still being a bit too cute at the back, passing into to mid from outside I our last third. Seems no target man to ease pressure (Lambert for Gaston?)
Ramirez is the ultimate Hot and cold player. Some things he does are absolutely fantastic like the pass to Rodriguez, then 2 minutes later he tries to dribble his way from the edge of our penalty box and you think "What on earth are you doing!"
