I was just making a snippy little remark on the assumption that little old Hull City were a bottom half side. Out of interest, what do you suspect your starting XI will be and do you think it's fair to say we'll have a stronger midfield?
Bluff was implying that now you're not in the bottom half of the table you'll win due to our lack of form against those in the top end of the table.
Enricky put what I meant there. We used to be good against top half teams and bad agaisnt lower, now it seems the opposite way around ( thread on here of our point total this year against the top 9 I believe). Still have not heard much on the injury front to say what our midfield might be or if Gerrard will actually return or not. Midfield is not our strength though but at home we seem to have enough.
I think Rosie was implying that "we are little old Hull city",so Bluffs mindset automatically put us in the bottom half of the table
It wasn't my stat! I actually think it will be a tough game, you gave Fulham a right mauling so don't see you looking at this game as a loss before hand. In fact, anything but, you probably see a team that may have lost confidence after two tough defeats and the perfect time to strike. Think it all depends on the attitude of our players. The one loss at home so far was Southampton and our team selection and attitude was all wrong that day and we got done in by it. So yes, I think little old hull city, just a wee club from the weest of cities, will provide a good test for us. ps- only kidding about that last part!
Magic's only done about three all season, STD has done even less and they're meant to be the new Chris
