http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/25545739 A typical BBC article here. Yet another instance of the BBC referencing past misdemeanours in every single Suarez article. Who gets paid to just copy and paste this ****e into every single article? And why is José getting the time of day with this claim? Surely any idiot could see it was an obvious obstruction and penalty? The article should be lambasting Mourinho for exagerrating a situation and criticising the refereeing of the situation rather than presenting it as a fair opinion. Being a journo at the beeb must be the easiest job in the world.
It's an appalling article. The headline could be "Every pundit thinks Jose is wrong", or "Brendan thinks Eto'o should have been red carded". The complete desperation to have "Suarez" and "dive" in the same headline is so clear to see. It's #pathetic really.
There is a BBC article today suggesting BR thinks we are still capable of challenging for the title. Having read the article, there is no such quote within it. BR does not mention the title at all but does say we can still challenge dedpite dropping to fifth. I have no doubt he meant challenge for the top four, sonething he has persistently said all season.
I read that article and came to the same conclusion. He didn't announce to a press conference that we were potential title-winners, he merely said that we have the quality to up and around there with some of the other teams. But yet again the BBC jump at any chance they can get to peddle the classic 'delusional scousers' persona that gets lapped up by the other media.
Jose is on the wind up. Every team he has ever managed has been laced with cheating scum from top to bottom.
Since BBC sport moved to Media City in Salford their anti LFC ****e has stood like a Utd fan with a Manchester accent.
He apparently meant the title challenge http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/fo...-title-race-says-manager-Brendan-Rodgers.html #hesaidit
sounds more like he is saying to the owners give me more money for January if you want us to try and get top 4 and cl football personally.
I wonder why the beeb doesn't refer to Mourinho like this: "Mourinho, who served a 2 game ban for gouging the eye of Tito Vilanova" in every bloody article that features him, like they do for Suarez?
I think smithy's in the title challenge - he sees the title of every thread on here and challenges it!
worst diving i have ever seen in my life was the UEFA cup final in 2003 celtic V Porto, who were managed by jose, was an utter disgrace.
Jose likes the sound of his own voice, like fergie and like fergie, will pick on the opposition to divert attention from their own shortcomings. Suarez has got to be the easiest target ever - from now till he leaves the prem, so no surprise really.
I think Jose is right. Honest . Seriously though he shown some proper negative tactics, as usual, and tried to defend a one goal lead for the whole second half. Luckily for him they just about managed it.
