Outside of the 'big 6' they seem to love stirring things up.
They would turn an early departure from our training ground for a dentists appointment into a 'player x is set to leave'.
The worst one is Jim White.. he will... straight after a managers interview is aired... completely mis-hear what was said in the name of sensationalism.

TBH I think Sissoko is a poor player, Doesnt seem to use his pace to full effectiveness (Haven't seen him sprint as fact as he did when he jogged past Cole) and has possibly the worst decision making I have ever seen in a footballer! He is quite young though and has great potential. He's a 1 in 4 player and even in that 1 he is never as good as he could be. HBA >>>>>>> Sissoko (Attacking wise)

i just watched the highlights on motd2. I saw a different game live to the one they presented. What a biased pile of ****e. How wonderful Arsenal are being able to win when not playing well.
No mention of the fact that they didn't play well because we didn't let them play! In fact no mention of Newcastle and the way we played at all! Unbefuckinlievable :emoticon-0121-angry

Jim White is awful, hates us with a passion since we sacked his good friend Graeme Souness.

Does anyone know why Anita keeps getting taken off when he has been better than the other central midfielders?
If I was Anita I would be looking to move!

Pards is the only one that can answer that.

    Maybe WP if he's around.

I made a 500+ mile round trip for the game (with Gooner father and brother) and we definitely deserved something from the game. The most frustrating thing was conceeding that kind of goal to Arsenal, you'd usually expect to conceed against them through a slick passing move and not the most basic of free kicks!

Other than that we gave it a right go and i can't fault the players application, sadly i felt on a number of occasions the wrong decisions were made in the final third but we move on and i'm confident of a good result away at West Brom.

On another note that was the first game i've EVER seen Newcastle lose

I would definitely like to see more of Santon in a wide role, I know a lot of fans have pushed for that for a while. Especially as it would mean Haidara getting a run at left back!

A striker is most def needed. I've watched with dismay/hatred/revulsion at the sight of Shola being brought on for roughly 13 years and I am ****ing sick to death of seeing the useless bastard. How he is still here embarassing himself I will never know. Please just a striker in January. Its all I ask!

We should have also had a free kick before Arsenal got there one. Clear foul On Anita I think. The ref was pretty fair in the first half but the second he really favoured Arsenal. What puzzled me in parts especially the second half was Rosicky thinking he was some sort of tough guy. Very strange behaviour.

Whereas I have no problem with the way we set up, it kinda felt an inevitable result. We looked tired (bar Debuchy who has a god given engine), and this is why I felt we'd have been better off making three or four changes. I still think this should have been the case and we should have started with 2 up top and had a real go. If you go down blazing then fair enough.

It was a tight game and we are clearly not a bad side. We need more firepower. When Pards turned round to change the game, he was limited. HBA is very unpredictable and was back to his selfish worst yesterday. That was a shame because had he been more team orientated he may have made a difference.

    1. We haven't got the strikers, so Pardew made the best of what was available, personally would have played Cisse instead of Sissoko but he's only scored 1 penalty all season.
    2. That was clear before yesterday and was the reason we lost the game.

I'm no Shola fan but I'd have played him and Cisse. Haidara too. Sissoko gave a performance I knew he would. Laboured. Short turnarounds do not suit him. I couldn't be too down on Pards but just felt the Swansea game could have taught us. Plus it was always a game where we might need bench options. Turning round to see HBA, Remy, Sissoko and Santon could have made a difference.

Top side though Arsenal. Bit more grit to them this season too.
