Not sure about 'Arry's tactics - didn't really suit some of the bigger name players in their line-up who appeared somewhat stifled by them. Did like their left back though - Assou whateverhisnameis. Don't think we really bothered him once in the game.

Fabbrini was very poor today - caused us more problems than he caused them. If only Forestieri had been fit...

No change there then. This had 0-0 written all over it almost from the first whistle. Only one dodgy pen conceded in last three games...defence definitely looks more solid, but missed FF. Not overly impressed with QPHa to be honest, but overall a fair result on the day.

Solid defensive performance in the main but missed Anya in terms of pace although the likes of Murray,Thorne and Deeney did well against some very experienced and strong players.

    Draw was probably fair.

Fabbrini and McGugan seem to be the new "marmite" players.

Typically it was going to be 0-0 after the Pre-match stat on Sky was that there hadn't been a goaless draw in in 25/6 games between the 2!

    Fabbrini mom???
Shout where I was was "Down the tunnel, collect your money, get on a plane"
He was shocking today. We missed FF and Anya. Angella and Murray did well for me. Striker & keeper in Jan I think.

It was Grifter who was trying to force the rivalry and your moronic fans on twitter. Watford fans couldn't give a crap about your little team. The most significant thing about QPR is that Lloyd Doyley scored his first goal against you.

That was a cowardly challenge! Almunia had the ball yet your player made no attempt to pull out and avoid contact, instead plowing headlong into a defenseless keeper!!

Thats an understatement! He was awful! He refused to pass the ball and could have set McGugan through 1on1 but held on and was challenged. Then when 1on1 he tamely puts the ball straight at Green.

Neither team deserved to win as neither created enough offensively. But our defense was solid again and more organised and didnt get beat in the air as often either. When Abdi, Anya and Forestieri return we will have more joy offensively so things look good.

Some of the vitriol from Watford fans towards QPR is hilarious. I'm not talking about online nonsense either. For a Watford fan to write us off as a little club is a bit pathetic.

As for Hoilett's challenge on Almunia, what do you want him to do? The ball was played between the two and they both went for it. Should a forward not go near the ball for fear of hurting the goalkeeper?

From your name i'm guessing you were either brought up in Watford or live in Watford so I'm guessing the comment about vitriol from Watford fans and it not being online only is your experience of Watfird fans when you tell them who you support. If that's the case I can sympathise as i live in an area of North West london with a high number of QPR fans and I cop a fair amount of vitriol from them when we're in the same division - goes with the territory. I suspect in general terms QPR couldn't give a **** about us and the equal would be same as us until we end up encountering people who support the other team and start giving it the biggie - I believe ity's called life / human nature.

I also hope the club offer you an official apology for having to listen to Watford fans in the home section criticising your team and fans. I am sure taht it deosn't happen at any other stadium in the country including yourr own.

You've lost me completely on your second point.

As for the first, my honest opinion is that the average Watford fan cares more about QPR than vice versa, partly because, with Luton's fortunate demise, you don't seem to have an obvious 'rival' while we'd have you well down the list. I don't mean that as an insult, we've just got more local competition.

I admire QPR fans. They are real when they could easily be Chelsea fans, these days. They care about their team through thick and thin and, like Watford, it is mainly thin. I want the Rs to finish runners up in the top tier again (behind us, of course) and all the fake fans around the world of other teams realise that all they are interested in is the colour red, or take their love of Tigers into preserving the species.

And I want us to beat them by at least five goals in every game we play against them for the next 50 years, naturally.

The second point was I think that was irony.

We know you have bigger local rivals like Chelsea, who would not see QPR as a rival because they have Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal. We are a little lost without Luton Town and we have not encountered Stevenage in the league. Our other older rival I suppose could be Brentford and we both might play them next season. A few years ago, and the cause of the original Hornets Nest was Brendon Rodgers going to Reading so we did not like them for a while.

If Watfrod were promoted we could not like Chelsea and Tottenham, but their attitude to us would be a big so what.

If we were promoted our local rivals would be Arsenal. Unfortunately, they would have the same attitude...

Agree<ok>. What's the news on Abdi? After getting close to being on the bench it's all gone quiet.

Well NZ you should have a read of their version of this thread. It's an entertaining read to say the least. Fourth in the league and most of them want Harry sacked!

Must be something for us this season about games at home to London teams - our home record (if my calculations are correct) is 15 points out of 36, but against the 3 London teams it's 5 points out of 9.

QPR have been fairly poor since Steve McClaren went to Derby
Harry is not doing well enough without him around

Often the coaching staff are more influential than the manager.... interesting I met a prem league coach once on a course who pointed out that Man U had a wobbly time after Steve McLaren who was then Ferguson's number 2 left.... and this coach said that McLaren was def one of the best coaches then..

McLaren is a top coach, but he will always be remembered for his time with England
