His manager Nigel Adkins actually said Chamberlain is actually better than Walcott was at the same age.
Yeah, but Adkins was the Physio at Scunthorpe (my local team) when Walcott was the same age as Chamberlain. So he hardly has a thorough knowledge of Walcott in his youth. That, and he'll just be trying to push the price up.

Yeah thats it. Regarding Chamberlain,Liverpool are more likely to meet Southamptons fee than Arsenal are.Arsenal and this has been reported want to pay a large chunk of it in installments and add-ons,whereas Liverpool are willing to pay more up front,the majority of it.

Hearing a rumour that Meireles might be part of a Mata deal! Probably nothing in it, but I think that'd be good business. I like Raul, but swapping a 27 year old who plays in a position we're heavily stocked in for a 23 year old in a position we're not is always a plus. But as I say, probably nothing in that.
